he did have some of the Gear on and a few of the other weapons however i noticed he was wearing the beret but it was epic my best guess is probably cheat engine they were using or something else not to sure and no they didint have the compound bow it was the other epic weapons that i cant remember there names Yeah that does sound like CE, turning a common/uncommon item into an epic and probably adding perks to it too. Look at TPP, the closest thing to an anti-cheat there was, was to 'isolate' the cheaters making them fight each other, which was probably easy for them to work around. There isn't and probably won't be any anti-cheat. If it's weapons, currently APPARENTLY the compound bow(?) is/was obtainable and the geist pistol.
It depends on what epic gear you're talking about, if it's armor then no, not obtainable.
